Transparency

We ask people to copy strangers with real money. That only works if we are straight about what we take, what we can see, and what we cannot do. This page states it plainly, and we update it when the product changes.

What we charge

One trading fee, no subscription, no hidden spread of our own. Network gas is covered by us. Prices you see before confirming include our fee.

Third-party payment processing fees, and the price impact of the market itself, are not ours and are not included above. Fee changes are announced before they take effect.

How performance records are calculated

Every trader record shown in the app is computed from on-chain fills at the wallet level. Nobody types in a number, uploads a screenshot, or edits a bad week. The inputs are public, so anyone can independently verify what we display.

Limits worth knowing: a wallet is not a person, and one person may run several. Assets held before a wallet appeared on our index, transfers in and out, and off-chain activity are not visible to us and are excluded. Records are therefore a measure of a wallet’s on-chain history, not a complete account of anyone’s finances.

Order routing

We route orders to the venue that gives the best available execution at the moment you confirm, and we do not take a spread on top of the quoted price. We do not sell order flow.

We cannot promise a fill at the price you saw. Blockchains are public and contested: a transaction can be delayed, reordered, front-run or fail outright. When a copied trade fills at a worse price than the trade it followed, that is the market, not a fee.

Custody

The custody model states exactly who can move funds, who holds keys or key shares, what happens if we disappear, and whether you can export your keys. This is the single most load-bearing claim on the site — every marketing line about keys matches whatever is written here.

What we do with your data

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your trading activity with advertisers. We use analytics to understand which features get used and where the product breaks. The full account is in the Privacy Policy.

Incidents

When something goes wrong — downtime, a failed batch of orders, a security issue — we post what happened, who was affected and what we changed. Reports will be listed here as they occur.
